The International Day of Charity

5th September was officially declared as International Day Of Charity by UN in 2012 as it commemorates to the anniversary of passing away of Mother Teresa. A woman who devoted her life to love, charity and compassion for others in need.

There’s no need to wait for this day to arrive, every day is a charity day. 5th September is a reminder for us to give and be more compassionate toward others. 

We can start celebrating by learning about the importance of the International Day of Charity and thinking about what we could do to help. 

5th September is a reminder for us to be more like Mother Teresa and not only donate money to those in need but also show them love and affection.
