Celecom for a business, a school, a club

A business on Celecom is not a different kind of account. It is an organisation that people act for - the owner, a manager, a member of staff - each signed in as themselves, sending cards that go out under the organisation's name. The people are real and the cards say who they came from.

What you can do today, free

Create an organisation and say what it is: a cafe, a school, a kindergarten, a community group. If you are in New Zealand or Australia the registry number has the right name for your country.

Bring your team. Invite people by email; give them a role. An owner can hand the organisation on. Everything a person does for the organisation is recorded under their own name, so "who sent that" always has an answer.

Keep the people you celebrate. Profiles for clients, students or members who will never install anything, and an import from a spreadsheet with a preview before it lands and an undo after.

Sign your cards. Your logo, your name and your approved colours on the signature, the footer and the envelope's sender area - with a preview, and a way to send a card without them when a plain one is right. The artwork on the card stays the artist's; your mark goes where a signature goes.

See every celebration in one calendar. The birthdays, anniversaries and occasions of everyone your organisation keeps, on one screen, for anyone on the team.

What is being built, and is not available yet

Scheduling. Write cards ahead and have them sent on the day, in the recipient's time zone. Built; not switched on.

A business plan. More seats, more people to keep, scheduling, and an activity report saying what was sent and what arrived. Built; not for sale yet. When it opens it will come with a trial that needs no card, and cancelling will keep what you paid for until the end of the period, then stop.

A shared celebration envelope, where several people each write their own message into one envelope for one person, opened together on the day. Not yet publicly available.

Any price or allowance you see before these open is a proposal, and this page will say so until it is not.

What does not change

Personal use stays free. Nothing an organisation can do today is taken away when the paid plan arrives; a plan adds, it does not remove.
